The City of Saint Paul Regional Water Services is hiring an individual to perform full-performance professional work coordinating the training and development program for field operations staff at Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS). Here's what you can expect to do :

• Develop, deliver, and track technical, safety, regulatory, and operational training.
• Oversee workplace injury and vehicle accident reporting.
• Collaborate with supervisors and safety professionals across operational disciplines to develop and deliver operational training.
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness to support workforce development and regulatory compliance.
