Job descriptionManage day-to-day production scheduling and operations of the production team. Develop systems / processes to track and optimize productivity. Create, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures consistent with company policy. Train, mentor, and develop production staff. Interview, hire, and recommend pay adjustments for production associates. Collaborate with other departments (e.g. quality, customer service) to address operational challenges. Recommend and lead continuous improvement initiatives to senior leadership. Manage the production operations budget. Minimum of 5+ years of production leadership experience, ideally in the fenestration (windows / doors) industry. At least 10+ years in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP systems. Lean Manufacturing experience (or continuous improvement methodology). Proven project management experience, including budget ownership. Spanish language Preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred
