Job Description
Oversee the construction of large ground up hospital construction projects
Manage end-to-end construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency.
Oversee site safety and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets the required standards.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have :
A proven track record of managing construction projects within the property industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
