Your role will involve coordinating comprehensive patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safe and therapeutic care in line with established practices. You'll engage in patient assessment, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness. Collaboration with family and healthcare teams is essential to create the best patient experience.
Licenses & Certifications Required :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
Educational Qualifications :
Completion of an accredited program in Nursing is required.
Required Experience :
Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
You should exhibit a commitment to providing holistic patient care, ability to respond proactively to clinical changes, and competency in electronic medical records. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
