The Business Unit Senior Financial Analyst focus on PSBU High Power Segment (Connector & Busbar) is a strategic role that bridges financial analysis with business decision-making. This position focuses on preparing and explaining financial results, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, and ensuring alignment with financial goals. The role requires deep expertise in cost structures, demand trends, and profitability optimization while supporting key strategic projects and operational initiatives.

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial results, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders by identifying key business trends and variances.
• Develop and track forecasts and propose budgets in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What Will Put You Ahead

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000-$120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
