Job descriptionBuild relationships with our customers. Assist with creation and sending invoices to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices. When needed, provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO and Head of Finance. Keep careful track of accounts receivable aging at both the individual customer and the company wide levels. Handle sensitive information, including related to personnel dynamics, with the highest level of discretion, aptitude for trust-building, and professionalism. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and implement operational systems. Perform occasional ad hoc tasks related to operations, finance and accounting. 1–3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist or similar role with a focus on high touch / high sophistication / high value clients. Interpersonal charisma and aptitude for working well with a diverse group of people in team settings. Proven ability to operate autonomously and take initiative with minimal supervision. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. Comfort interacting with customers, often representing the company in high-stakes communications. Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure. We are looking for an exceptional accounts receivable collections specialist.
About the Role
This role requires a combination of :
- Interpersonal / people / relationship building skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to financial details and timelines.
As the Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist, you will build relationships with key people at our various customers and will leverage those relationships to make sure that our invoices get paid on time.
We're looking for someone who is resourceful, hands-on, and highly self-motivated, with the ambition to grow into a broader role in the future.

$85,000 - $110,000 annually. Salary is based on a range of factors that include but are not limited to relevant experience, education, and skill level.
