The Role

We're looking for a Senior Casting Engineer to help lead the development of our next-generation casting processes. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with room to innovate and shape the technical foundation of a fast-growing manufacturing company.

You'll work directly with production and equipment teams to stand up new casting systems, improve process reliability, and ensure world-class casting quality. Expect a fast pace, tough problems, and a team that moves quickly and collaboratively.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the equipment and production teams to deploy and qualify new casting equipment
• Design and iterate on casting setups-including gating and feeding systems-using simulation and analysis
• Diagnose production issues and lead corrective actions to improve yield and part quality
• Help define the long-term technical roadmap for Rangeview's casting operations
