Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Equipment Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves fabricating assembling designing and repairing various tools and equipment used across construction industrial and manufacturing settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints.

Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Will responsible for inspecting diagnosing and performing repairs on equipment / products that returned under warranty.
• Read and interpret complex schematics blueprints and ASME codes & standards for accurate assembly and fabrication
• Use hand tools such as calipers micrometers and other measuring devices to ensure precision in fabrication
• Conduct product conversions upgrades and reworked per orders

Document all findings steps taken to repair tests and performance results

Maintain safety standards on construction sites or manufacturing floors by adhering to safety protocols

Assist in mechanical assembly processes involving machining soldering or pipe threading as needed

Support fabrication projects by applying basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Experience

Must have at least 2 years of mechanical repair and / or manual assembly experience

Must be able to read and interpret design drawings

Must have a strong knowledge and background using hand tools related to fabrication and machine builds

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
