Family Practice physician job in Maryland :

Employer-Sponsored Clinic Opportunity in Metro Baltimore

We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in Nottingham, MD . In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights :

  • Manage only 10-12 patients per day
  • Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
  • Focus on outcomes, NOT production
  • Predictable workweek
  • No call
  • Fewer administrative tasks
  • $250,000- $280,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
  • $10Ksign-on bonus

Qualifications :

  • BE / BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3+ years)
  • Procedure experience is a huge plus!
