Commercial Litigation Associate

Northern New Jersey Office (Metropolitan NY area) | Hybrid

4–6 Years' Experience | Dual NJ & NY Bar Required

A well-regarded law firm is seeking a commercial litigation associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-admitted NJ / NY litigator looking to do substantive, high-impact work—without the daily commute into Manhattan.

An associate with 4 to 6 years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery, and court appearances

What You'll Do :

Work on high-stakes commercial disputes in both state and federal court

Be part of a tight-knit litigation team handling matters in the broader NY Metro area

Take on substantive responsibilities early , including drafting, arguing motions, and client engagement

Preferred Background :

Judicial clerkship (federal or state) and / or law review or journal experience

Experience with complex insurance coverage litigation is a plus, but not required

Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing ability

Licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York
