This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, complete tasks daily, joyfully serve others, and share our belief that people come first. Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs while providing world-class service • Primary duties include follow-ups, cold calling, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting, generating referrals, and learning from other team members • Availability to host team open houses Qualifications: • Current Real Estate License with ideally 1 million in past sales and at least 1-year minimum experience in the real estate industry • Grit, determination, and being a great team player • Enjoys negotiating • Thrives in a true team environment • Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly, and love meeting new people • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 yearly
