Overview

As an Automotive Technician Apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training to become a skilled auto glass technician. Upon successful completion of our training program, you will earn the Safelite SafeTech certification, equipping you with the essential skills needed to carry out glass repairs, replacements, and recalibrations independently. We value a positive attitude, a caring nature, and a strong service mindset, and we strive to bring unexpected happiness to our customers by providing quality service in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive paid training to learn the Safelite techniques through hands-on and classroom experience.
• Observe and assist in the installation and repair of auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, troubleshoot issues, and conduct diagnostic testing.
• Offer additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Study diligently and pass tests to become a Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles along with company-issued tools and chemicals.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
