We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team in Bessemer, AL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Stick, TIG, and MIG welding and be able to produce high-quality welds on a variety of materials.

Responsibilities :

Perform Stick, TIG, and MIG welding on various projects.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality.

Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools in good condition.

Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements :

Proven welding experience (Stick, TIG, and MIG).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints / drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
