Entune Behavioral Health is an Outpatient Behavioral Health Provider that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services in Tucson, Arizona.
We are currently hiring a dynamic Quality Management (QM) Assistant to support the organization in maintaining high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and readiness for audits and accreditation. This role assists with documentation reviews, risk monitoring, policy support, training tracking (including new employee orientation NEO and our electronic health record, AMD), and coordination of quality improvement activities.
Work Schedule :
- Full Time (40-hours / week), Monday - Friday, Day Shift, In Office
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Quality Monitoring
Conduct regular chart reviews and documentation audits to ensure accuracy and treatment plan compliance.Track quality indicators such as documentation completion, timeliness, treatment plan updates, and clinical outcomes.Assist with implementing corrective action plans and tracking follow-up results.2. Risk Management Support
Document and track incident reports, grievances, and safety concerns.Assist with root-cause analysis and development of risk mitigation strategies.Monitor implementation of safety initiatives and provide trend updates to leadership.3. Operational & Documentation Oversight
Maintain organized records for audits, compliance, accreditation, and QA tracking.Track and document staff training, certifications, and clinic policy compliance—including NEO and AMD training.Generate weekly and monthly reports on quality and risk metrics.4. Policy & Procedure Support
Assist with reviewing, formatting, updating, and distributing policies, procedures, and forms.Monitor completion of mandatory trainings (NEO, AMD, etc.) and ensure adherence to policies.Support rollout of workflow improvements and new operational procedures.5. Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with compliance teams, clinical directors, and administrative staff to support quality and risk initiatives.Send reminders and updates regarding documentation deadlines, trainings, quality standards, and policy updates.Participate in meetings related to quality improvement, compliance readiness, and risk trends.6. Patient Care Quality Support
Ensure documentation reflects high standards of patient care.Identify documentation and workflow gaps that impact patient engagement or outcomes.Support clinicians in meeting documentation, treatment planning, and compliance requirements.Note : Duties may flex for incident reviews, accreditation prep, ad hoc audits, or special assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
