Content Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Content Operations Specialist to support video technology integration in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and support Panopto for video content operations, including scheduling, editing, and distributing video lectures

Provide technical support for Panopto issues and monitor live streams during events

Maintain an organized media library and conduct quality assurance checks on public content for compliance and specifications

Required Qualifications :

BA / BS or equivalent work experience

2+ years of experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere or Creative Cloud

Familiarity with video content management systems like Panopto or Kaltura

Strong technical skills in digital media equipment and troubleshooting

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
