Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to individuals with mental health, medical, developmental, or behavioral needs
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and prepare diagnostic summaries
• Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver trauma-informed individual and group therapy
• Perform suicide prevention assessments and crisis interventions
• Participate in risk assessments and level-of-care evaluations
• Coordinate discharge planning and link patients to community resources
• Communicate with families, legal entities, and community agencies as needed

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California
• Minimum 12 months of experience
• Current BLS/CPR (AHA)
• Current TB test or chest X-ray
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Strong clinical judgment and crisis-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
