Job descriptionWeekday Overnight Assistant Weekend Overnight Assistant (on-call shifts you are paid $50.00 a shift if you don't get called in Holiday shifts with added Bonuses Ensure the safety and well-being of our canine guests : Monitor dog behavior, intervene when necessary, and maintain a calm and peaceful environment. Maintain a clean and hygienic facility : Perform light cleaning duties while minimizing disruption to the dogs. Collaborate with the Lead and other team members : Work effectively as part of a team to provide the best possible care for our dogs. Proven experience working with dogs : Strong understanding of dog behavior, pack dynamics, and best practices for dog care. Exceptional observational skills : Ability to quickly identify and respond to changes in dog behavior. Calm and assertive demeanor : Confidence and assertiveness are essential for managing dog packs. Physical stamina and mental alertness : Ability to work long hours on your feet and remain alert throughout your shift. Strong work ethic and reliability : Punctuality, dependability, and a commitment to providing the highest quality care. Flexibility and adaptability : Willingness to work holidays and adjust to changing schedules. Competitive Pay : Earn $21.00-$23.00 per hour after successful completion of training.
