Financial Operations Specialist

Payrate : 20 / hr + overtime

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with financial advisors across the U.S., assisting with the setup and transition of their Book of Business at multiple banks. This position requires a customer-focused mindset, strong data entry skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to different environments.

This is a 50% travel position -candidates must be comfortable with extensive travel , sometimes for weeks at a time . While traveling, the role is fully onsite . When back in Dallas, TX the schedule is Fully Remote after completing training.

• Location : Dallas, TX ( Free parking provided )
• Duration : 3-4 weeks, fully onsite
• Schedule after training : Fully Remote
