We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at a residential housing facility in Monroe, NC . The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified and have hands-on experience with general maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and comfortable for all residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Handle light plumbing and HVAC maintenance duties
• Ensure proper waste removal and maintain clean common areas
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and address issues promptly
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents or management in a timely manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
