Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer service calls
Promptly address and resolve customer complaints
Communicate with installers, sales representatives, and order entry to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED required
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Valid license to drive locally (or travel) for training or meetings upon reasonable request
High speed internet is a must to accommodate working remote
