Join Our Dynamic OR Team! At Advocate Health, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Surgical Technologist I specializing in General Surgery during the evening shift. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in a high-energy environment.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive pay range of $26.10 - $39.15 based on qualifications and experience.
Eligibility for a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $2,000 bonus for PM shifts.

Your Role :

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operating room, applying aseptic surgical techniques.

Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for a variety of surgical procedures.

Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies, anticipating their needs.

Transport patients and maintain the integrity of a sterile field.

Be involved in patient positioning and handling equipment safely.

What We’re Looking For :

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

Basic Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting and transporting patients as required.

A commitment to providing excellent service and care to patients.
