A company is looking for a Sales Development Rep to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels
Book meetings or product demos with Account Executives and maintain an updated pipeline in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach and provide feedback on lead quality
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and sales engagement tools
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with the ability to learn quickly in a technical domain
Experience in selling software, SaaS, or IT infrastructure is preferred
