Ability to aid physically the Service Technician in the handling of appliances or equipment to be repaired

Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime as needed

Ability to communicate effectively with the Service Technician and customer

Outstanding customer service skills

Unloads delivery trucks according to the defined procedures

Qualifications

Knowledge of the local market with the ability to safely and efficiently deliver needed parts and accessories to Service Call locations as well as local Member delivery.

Shuttles parts to Technicians as well as interaction with local Technical Managers to secure and label parts for Technician pick up.
