Schedule :

Full Time : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm, Monday – Friday with overtime as required

Position Summary :

This position will be responsible to help run the day-to-day operations in Shipping office. This position will be responsible to get shipments ready each day.

Position Responsibilities :

• Count and match orders to bills of lading each day
• Prepare bills of lading and air bills for domestic and international freight
• Enter information into Oracle
• Keypunch carton, ceramic, literature, service, and D-70 items
• Retrieve shipping charges on computer
• Prepare freight to be shipped
• Perform telephone work involving shipping questions from other departments
• Authority to sign Federal Express and UPS Manifest, freight bills, bills of lading, air bills, stock and purchase requisitions, safety inspection report, accident reports, production part re-order form, maintenance work orders, freight bills for payment, customer routing requests
• Authority to gather information, assemble and distribute reports
• Other duties assigned by the Shipping Supervisor
