Chief Estimator (Santa Rosa)

We are representing a well-established and growing General Contractor in the Bay Area seeking a Chief Estimator to lead and oversee all preconstruction and estimating functions. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on the companys growth strategy, client relationships, and project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating department, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to a team of estimators.
• Manage all preconstruction activities including conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, cost models, and bid packages.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, project management, and operations teams to align project budgets with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive estimates.
