Role Overview :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working per diem shifts, you will be essential in ensuring the comfort and health of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and overseeing care plan implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document vital signs and medical information of patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and execute care plans.
• Provide wound care and perform nursing interventions as needed.
• Supervise and guide Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing quality care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
