What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of moderately to highly complex CNC Lathe work , from programming through production, ensuring every part meets strict aerospace engineering and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using Mastercam
• Work with Fanuc and Yaskawa controls
• Select proper tooling, fixturing, and workholding
• Perform first article inspections and obtain quality approval
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming challenges
• Maintain accurate setup documentation and process sheets
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Keep production on schedule without sacrificing quality
• Support team members and contribute to continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
