Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of critical features within the Banking product suite

Collaborate with mobile and backend engineers, product managers, and designers to enhance the banking experience

Mentor engineers and promote a culture of engineering excellence within the team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 8+ years in Android software development

Proven experience in building and shipping substantial features in production Android applications

Deep understanding of Android architecture patterns and performance optimization

Experience in mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership

Understanding of payment systems and point of sale workflows is a plus
