Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 31 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel RN - ICU / PCU Position : RN - ICU / PCU (Critical Access Hospital) Facility Type : 25-bed CAH | Shift : Nights | License : Active Washington RN License Required Job Summary : The RN provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in the ICU / PCU setting and must be flexible to assist in other departments as needed. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while ensuring safety, infection control, and compliance with facility policies. Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality nursing care and patient education. Ensure patient safety through preventive measures and accurate documentation. Operate and troubleshoot equipment safely across ICU, PCU, Telemetry, and Med-Surg areas. Follow infection control and isolation protocols. Maintain accurate patient records, physician orders, and shift reports. Communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Restock and maintain emergency carts and supplies. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Requirements : Active WA RN license ICU / PCU experience required Flexibility to float to multiple departments Notes : Must be experienced, adaptable, and ready to support various clinical units in a fast-paced CAH environment.
