Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operations Specialist s. This role supports multiple key functions within the warehouse including Shipping, Assembly, and Inventory Management. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and looking for long-term employment with growth potential.

Available Shifts & Pay

  • Shipping : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM | \$15.00 / hr.
  • Assembly : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM | \$17.00 / hr.
  • Inventory : 4 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM | \$15.50 / hr.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping -

  • Prepare and package outgoing orders
  • Load / unload trucks and verify shipment accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

    • Assembly -

  • Perform one-line assembly of electrical components
  • Follow safety and quality standards
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals

    • Inventory -

  • Receive and stock incoming materials
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Organize warehouse shelves and bins

    • Requirements

  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with both heavy and light lifting
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Steel-toed boots / shoes required; additional PPE provided
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check
  • No assault charges : older theft charges may be considered
