LocumJobsOnline is working with AAS Locum Tenens to find a qualified Administration PA in Lansing, Michigan, 48980!

About The Position

We are

seeking a Locums Cardiothoracic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to

provide coverage at a hospital in Lansing, MI. This role involves both

inpatient and surgical responsibilities, requiring advanced procedural skills

and the ability to manage patients independently in collaboration with the

surgical team.

Shift Schedule :

  • 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM onsite daily

5 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM daily call

coverage

  • Weekend Requirements : Yes
  • On-Call Requirements : Yes
  • Procedures : Vein harvesting

    (required), arterial bypass, bypass surgery

    Potential Surgical Volume : Up to 1 surgery

    per day

    Patient Setting : Hospital-based,

    including ICU support

  • EMR : Cerner
  • Requirements

    Active Michigan License at time

    of name clear (IMLC not accepted)

  • Board Certification (NP or PA)
  • Vein harvesting experience

    required

    Prior ICU and cardiothoracic

    surgery experience preferred

  • Active DEA registration
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
