We work with some of the leading AI labs & companies to help train multimodal and physical AI models that engage more naturally with the world. By joining our contributor network, you\'ll play a direct role in building the datasets that power real-world AI, from voice models to embodied agents, while earning money for every validated hour of audio / video you produce. Compensation ranges from $50-$70 / hr of video produced and $20-$40 / hr for audio , depending on the project.

Role Description

Sureform is hiring experienced videographers to join our contributor network and help create high-quality video data for AI training. As a contributor, you’ll capture and deliver diverse video recordings that follow project guidelines, including scripted scenes, everyday activities, and multi-person interactions. This is a flexible, project-based role with an estimated time commitment of 10–15 hours per week , and contributors are compensated for each validated recording session.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a videographer or content creator
• Access to a clear, high-quality camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or modern smartphone with HD / 4K capability)
• A stable setup with good lighting and a quiet environment with minimal background noise
• Willing to commit to 10–15 hours of filming per week on a flexible schedule
• Comfortable having recorded video content used for AI training
• Ability to capture a range of expressions, actions, and natural interactions on camera
