We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
Citi's Early ID Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores. The program consists of virtual mentorship, technical training, and personalized interview preparation for the 2027 Summer Analyst interview process. As part of this application, you will have the opportunity to apply to a specific business track aligned with your career interest. By filling out this application, you are applying to Risk Management. Each business track has its own unique application, so be sure the details you provide reflect your interest in the track you're applying to.
Throughout the program, participants will gain insight into Citi's culture, values, and the communities that shape our firm. In addition to skill building, students will be introduced to a range of inclusion networks, which provide connection points across shared interests, lived experiences, and professional goals. These experiences are designed to foster meaningful relationships and create space for students to engage with leaders and peers in ways that reflect the broad culture of Citi.
Throughout the program, you'll engage in opportunities and training to accelerate your professional development. By applying to your chosen business track, you're taking the first step toward building a successful career in your field of interest. We look forward to reviewing your application and supporting your journey in Risk Management.
The Risk Management organization, which oversees Citi's risk governance framework and risk appetite, ensures all risks generated by the firm's businesses are measured, reviewed and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Our Early ID program is designed to support and develop talent by offering mentorship and professional development opportunities.
