Currently, we're on the lookout for a BCBA to join our Options Behavioral Day Services  Program.

The BCBA  will provide person-driven behavior day services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have an identified need for additional behavior support.  Why work with us :

Creates, updates, and maintains training materials for required 40-hour behavior-focused staff training; delivers training per program requirements; maintains training records.  Conducts regular quality check observations and assessments to ensure procedural integrity of behavior service delivery; addresses performance issues related to behavior service delivery through remediation plans and retraining.  Data Analysis and Documentation Creates, updates, and maintains materials needed for service delivery, including but not limited to :

Prepares semi-annual (or as needed) progress reports including graphing, analyzing data, and making data-driven clinical recommendations.  Maintains complete, accurate, and up-to-date records of behavior plans and services.  Schedule :
