Compensation : $175,000 - $230,000 Annual Salary

The base salary for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role :

The Director of Field Finance serves as a strategic business partner to Operations leadership, driving financial performance and accountability across restaurant locations. This role is responsible for developing and leading a team that provides unit-level P&L insights, labor and cost analysis, and performance management tools that help operators achieve profitability and operational excellence. The Director will work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Supply Chain to identify opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of restaurant economics, strong business acumen, and the ability to build trust and credibility with operators and field leaders. This role is a key connector between Finance and the front line, ensuring that financial insights directly support day-to-day execution and long-term business goals.
