Call Center Associate, Full Time
Call Center Associates consistently practice Food & Nutrition's standard of service to ensure all work performed and product produced is safe, of high quality, consistent, neat, accurate and timely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to patient care by providing courteous and efficient assistance to patients and their visitors at all times. Must be timely in answering incoming calls into the Call Center. Must uphold scripting to ensure appropriate care to patients. CCAs are expected to accept and complete assignments without complaint or follow chain of command to resolve any issues of concern. CCAs should be willing to promote a culture of teamwork. They will treat all team members equally and with respect. They will set up fellow team members for success, will not leave work undone and will not allow team members to leave work undone for others to finish. CCAs are expected to keep equipment and area in good repair by communicating to supervisor if anything needs a repair. All team members are expected to practice safe food storage and handling, personal hygiene, PPE, uniform compliance, proper cleaning and sanitation of work area and equipment. CCAs will comply with diet orders and holds their team members accountable for upholding the same.
