A company is looking for a Manager, Long Haul Site Acquisition & Permitting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of site acquisition and permitting project managers
Drive program readouts, reporting on KPIs / KGPs, budget, and schedule performance
Oversee vendor management, ensuring contract compliance and performance tracking
Qualifications
Real Estate License and Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, permitting, or infrastructure deployment
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing teams
Experience negotiating land purchases and leases
Strong understanding of zoning, land use, and permitting processes
