Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex marketing automation solutions. In this role, you'll serve as the technical expert and strategic advisor-translating business goals into robust Marketing Cloud architectures, guiding development teams, and ensuring seamless integration across the Salesforce ecosystem. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and driving enterprise-wide impact, we'd love to hear from you. This role could require up to 25% travel annually. This usually means potentially visiting a client site once a quarter.

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Marketing Cloud solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions that align with business objectives, ensure technical integrity, and optimize performance. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong integration skills, and a strategic mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data models, integrations, and automation strategies.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Guide development teams through implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.
• Optimize campaign performance through advanced segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with marketing strategies and business goals.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any variable compensation programs.
