Job Title
We need strong team members to help our retail operations. You will provide our guests our service culture of S.M.I.L.E Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with Retail Leads to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities :
- Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner
- Engage our guests to create a unique and individualized experience
- Greet, sell and up-sell Hawks merchandise to our guests
- Open and close our retail stores while handling an accurate bank and store keys
- Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory
- Assist store associates to maximize sales potential
- Assist Retail Leads in store operations
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment for the health and safety of team members and guests
Required Skills / Abilities :
Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to adapt to different guest interactions and situationsWillingness to learn and be able to work well within a teamPunctuality and reliability are a mustOutstanding and welcoming personality and work ethicFlexible schedule and ability to work late hours, weekends, long nights, and holidays. Must have availability to work 80% of scheduled events monthlyOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience :
Previous cash and credit card handling with a POS system experience is preferredPhysical Requirements :
