William Paterson University employs approximately 1000 full time employees in the state who work in a variety of positions ranging from professors to administrative assistants and administrators, physical plant operations, campus police, athletics coaches, academic advisors, and more. William Paterson University supports a remote friendly hybrid work schedule for this role. William Paterson also boasts a four-day summer work week from mid-May to mid-August (Fridays off), during which all employees participate in our award-winning Summer Learning series.

The Technical Assistant, Undergraduate Admissions enhances the operational effectiveness of the Office of Admissions. The position increases the quality and quantity of enrolled students by providing superior customer service and evaluates data processing and procedures timely ensuring that information and services are available and accurate. Participates in events on campus to promote student learning about the college enrollment experience.

Personal attributes and competencies :
CWA Range 15 - $47,600.16 - $66,849.43. Salaries for internal candidates are determined by the New Jersey Civil Service Commission's formula. Salaries for external candidates are determined up to step four, $54,016.58.
