Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure all tables are properly maintained — from pre-bussing to final check presentation.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating to management as needed.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
Support teammates and assist with side work, setup, and closing duties.
Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
