Compensation : $75,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis

Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and financial strategy

Mentor and support junior accounting staff

Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive decision-making

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3-5 years of progressive accounting experience or similar experience,

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
