Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Specialist located in Sun City Center, FL. The Landscape Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetics and health of outdoor areas, including tasks such as lawn care, gardening, irrigation system operations, and creating landscape designs. They will ensure the community grounds are visually appealing, functional, and well-maintained while adhering to high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance practices, including lawn mowing, trimming, and general upkeep
• Experience in Gardening, including planting, pruning, and care of shrubs, flowers, and trees
• Knowledge of Irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
• Skills in Landscape Design and innovative landscaping techniques to enhance visual appeal
• A strong understanding and commitment to safety protocols and landscaping best practices
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plus
