Job Description

All Care Therapies is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic outpatient team! This opportunity is currently part-time, with potential to increase to a full-time position in the future.

What You'll Do :

• Assessments : Evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional functions to determine therapy needs.
• Treatment Planning : Create individualized plans of care and set client-centered goals.
• Intervention : Deliver occupational therapy services both onsite and via teletherapy, focusing on improving functional abilities.
• Education : Provide guidance to clients and caregivers to support progress and independence.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records using our EMR system.
• Compliance : Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards including HIPAA compliance.
• Professional Growth : Engage in ongoing education and development opportunities.
• Safety : Ensure a secure and healthy environment in accordance with professional standards.

Additional Information

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this position is : $50-$60 / hour.
