Project Control Analyst - Rail & Transit -Hybrid – Pomona, CA
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range : $104,000 - $110,240 annually
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Consertus is seeking a skilled Project Controls Analyst to support Metrolink’s capital program in Pomona, CA. This hybrid, full-time role will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing project cost and schedule performance for complex rail infrastructure projects. The Project Controls Analyst will provide critical insights to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining compliance with agency and industry standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and cost forecasts in alignment with project scope and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCP (Certified Cost Professional), EVP (Earned Value Professional), or PMI-SP.
