Job description

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create and deliver innovative, engaging e-learning solutions that foster a more inclusive and high-performing workplace. This role focuses on transforming complex topics into clear, compelling, and globally relevant learning experiences that drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end e-learning experiences for a global audience, including interactive modules, web-based resources, guides, and microlearning content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to script, storyboard, and author engaging learning content .
  • Leverage modern authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) , such as Saba, Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar, to create accessible, user-friendly, and scalable learning solutions.
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and global cultural considerations to create content that resonates across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Maintain and update the learning content library , ensuring e-learning materials remain effective, current, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from learners, partners, and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and learner engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in learning design.
  • Proven experience designing people-skill-based e-learning for global audiences.
  • Strong proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Saba, Articulate Rise, Storyline).
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling learning content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of inclusion, belonging concepts, and adult learning theory .
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality written communication skills .
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing global e-learning projects , balancing competing priorities, and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort collaborating across diverse teams and geographies .
  • Inclusive thinker who proactively integrates diverse perspectives into learning experiences.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and skilled in problem-solving to drive projects forward .
