We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create and deliver innovative, engaging e-learning solutions that foster a more inclusive and high-performing workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end e-learning experiences for a global audience, including interactive modules, web-based resources, guides, and microlearning content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to script, storyboard, and author engaging learning content .
- Leverage modern authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) , such as Saba, Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar, to create accessible, user-friendly, and scalable learning solutions.
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and global cultural considerations to create content that resonates across diverse teams and geographies.
- Maintain and update the learning content library , ensuring e-learning materials remain effective, current, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Collect and incorporate feedback from learners, partners, and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and learner engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in learning design.Proven experience designing people-skill-based e-learning for global audiences.Strong proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Saba, Articulate Rise, Storyline).Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling learning content tailored to diverse audiences.Knowledge of inclusion, belonging concepts, and adult learning theory .Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality written communication skills .Preferred Qualifications
