Job Responsibilities

How you'll shape the future of the Machines, Finishing and Warehouse Departments :

• Provides administrative and clerical support to the Machines, Finishing, and Warehouse Departments.
• Processes requisitions for purchases and blanket orders in SAP and maintains purchasing files. Purchases office supplies, operating supplies and small tools / equipment.
• Tracks and audits vacations, holidays and attendance of hourly and employees. Compiles and distributes hourly work schedules and assist with hourly time keeping as required.
• Tracks and reports metrics for production, quality, safety and costs for the department and cost variances to budget for safety supplies, office supplies, small tools, and other operating supplies.
• Maintains knowledge of and assists with administration of the labor agreement.
• Assist with the coordination of plant and company-level activities and other plant-wide initiatives, including community involvement activities.
