Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of immigration law. This position requires excellent legal research capabilities, ability to draft legal documents, litigate Master and Individual Hearings. The Attorney will be responsible for representing and meeting with clients to prepare for trials.

• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of areas of law including family and immigration law
• Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail in all legal documentation.
• Prior experience in immigration law is preferred but not mandatory.
• Spanish language required

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
