OFSE FP&A Cash Leader - Houston, TX

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

Assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning.

Analyzing and reporting a business' operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period.

Contributing towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications.

Leading preparations for monthly enterprise priority meetings on free cash flow for OFSE focusing on progress for initiatives on inventory, accounts receivables, and accounts payables.

Communicating high-level concepts to senior leadership. Managing governance and operating rhythms with Corporate and other OFSE stakeholders in Supply Chain, Billing & Collections, Tax, and Controllership.

Handling complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Employees are expected to develop new approaches. Knowledge management is important.

Required qualifications and desired characteristics

Have a degree from an accredited university or college.

Have 5 additional years of experience in Finance.

Have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.

Have proven ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects.

Show ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Possess established project management skills.
