Thank You for your interest in Anza Management; we are looking for a full-time floater Maintenance Technician.

Job Summary :

The Maintenance Technician performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value of the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Maintenance Technician Requirements :

• Locations : Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley
• Days / Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability is needed
• This is a floater position and will be covering several properties where needed, within the same mile radius
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Will be subject to a Background / Physical / Drug Screen
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
